Welcome to Pam and Andys wonderful Richmond Wedding
Last weekend I had the privalidge to photograph Pam and Andy’s Richmond Wedding at the St Thomas’s in Wandsworth and then onto the Richmond Hill Hotel for the reception and knee’s up. Pam’s from the USofA with Slovakian decent so there was a real mix of cultural traditions, from the Daddy Daughter dance to the Polka/Nasa mlada - Its great to see these traditions, UK peeps, i think we bring the Daddy Daughter dance to the UK - Its a beautiful thing!
As you all know I’m all about making your wedding day your own and doing your own thing, Pam and Andy spend many many hours designing and making things for their wedding themselves, the favors, table numbers, programs, place cards, and flower confetti cones, doing things like this is a great way to put your own personality into your day which Andy and Pam did so well for their Richmond Wedding.
Keep and eye out for Pam’s amazing Vail, which was her mums on her wedding day also the fascinator which was completely bespoke with the feathers being specially imported from Italy! -I’ll be sure to point this out for you
How beautiful are these amazing flowers, from a Richmond Wedding florist, i’ll be surly blogging in my Supplier Sunday Section
I love mirrors, they really help in getting wedding photographs of unsuspecting guests.
Awesome car for their Richmond Wedding
If in doubt mum will do it, the most coming thing i see in groom and the groomsmen is getting the button hole attached……safely![]()
How beautiful is this Wedding Vail, this was Pam mums on her wedding day, Beautiful, Classic, Vintage.
Simple idea, but extremely effective way of personalizing your wedding, embroidered doilys
Another example of one of the thing I like doing it shooting through things like below where you can see Andy (right) and one of his groomsmen Mike, Mike got quite a few mentions in the speech’s, mainly to do with him being single…….ladies??!!
Andy made these confetti cones himself, i’ve seen these in wedding shops and they do cost a pretty packet, so, another great way to save some ££ and to make them with the design you want not are limited too.
Love this wedding photograph, Pam look so full of emotion – this is what Wedding Photojournalism is all about.
Yes, that is the Thames behind them, a great vista to look out across for a Richmond Wedding.
Richmond Wedding
If you are thinking about having a Richmond Wedding, i would strongly recommend going along and having a look at the Richmond Hill Hotel, great location next to Richmond Park and good sized rooms.
Another one of the many thing that Pam and Andy made for their wedding
I can’t remember what was said but it was funny, may-be someone will let us know…….![]()
Thanks for taking the time to look at Pam and Andy’s Richmond Wedding, please feel free to leave comments below.
